Before we start any technical work, we make sure we understand your product, your timeline, and your EMC challenge.
This is also where you choose the service tier that fits your situation.

Discovery Call
We begin with an introductory call to understand where you are in the development process, what EMC concerns you have, and what outcome you need. Whether you are preparing for a first EMC review, responding to failed pre-compliance results, or planning a full test campaign, we clarify the situation together.

Offering
Based on your situation, we recommend the service tier that fits your project best: Insight, Action, or Result. You receive a tailored proposal with a clear scope, fixed price, and defined deliverables so you know exactly what you are getting before you commit.

Signature
Once the scope is agreed, we complete the project setup digitally. Your designs and information are protected by contractual obligations, including our terms of service and, where applicable, a mutual NDA, as well as technical measures such as encryption and secure data storage. From there, your dedicated EMC expert team is ready to begin.
Phase 2: Onboarding & First Report
Every customer

Once the project starts, we align quickly, collect the right technical inputs, and turn them into clear EMC guidance.
This phase is the same for all tiers. Your chosen tier shapes what comes after.

Onboarding
You meet your assigned EMC expert team and align on the product, design status, priorities, risks, and timeline. Together, we define what to focus on first, so the work starts in the right direction.

Secure Design Upload
You securely upload the relevant design files through our platform (schematics, PCB layouts, test results, or other materials). All data is protected by contractual and technical measures in line with the agreed scope.

First EMC Report & Support
We review your design and deliver a first EMC diagnostic report. The report identifies key risks, explains what they mean, and gives you a clear way forward. You have direct access to your assigned EMC experts, via chat and a dedicated call, to go through the findings together, get support interpreting the results, clarify any recommendations, and align on the right next steps for your project.
